Shipping info / returns
Processing Information:
Orders placed during normal business hours, Monday-Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., are typically shipped within 24-48 hours of processing, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed after 12:00 pm. CST may not be processed the same day, depending on stock allocation. Also please note that Monday is our busiest processing day and orders placed after 7:00 a.m. CST may not be processed the same day, depending on stock allocation.
You will be emailed your tracking or label number within 24-48 hours of shipment. You will be able to track it from that email or you may click the "Log In | Register" link at the top of our web page to view your order and track the shipment.
In the rare case when we go to pack your order and we are unable to fulfill part of your order we will give you the option to be refunded for that item or to receive a similar product in its place.
** For urgent orders, please contact the sales department at 1-256-275-4276 to check stock and best shipping method.
International Ordering:
Our system is currently only setup to take orders from USA and Canada. International orders can take up to 7 days for processing. If you are a international customer wanting to order please email us the items you are wanting to order and we will get back with a total shipping cost. We only accept paypal for international orders.
Pre-orders Backorders:
All pre-order or back-ordered items delivery times are just a estimated time the factory's have given us. We will always do our very best to ensure your orders are dispatched in the shortest time possible but as we source and buy parts all over the world sometimes the unexpected can happen. All international orders with Pre-ordered or Back-orderered items and in stock items will be all shipped together in one order.

Returns:
You may return Unopened new and unused merchandise (with original contents and packaging) within 15 days of purchase.
- Refunds issued back to the original form of payment will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
- Refunds issued as a store credit will not incur any restocking fees.
- Refunds are for the cost of product only. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
If delivery is refused then the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the standard return fees as shown above.
Please do not open a Paypal or Credit Card dispute against the order as that will significantly slow down any possible resolutions for the situation.
Receiving Damaged Shipments or Incorrect Items:
If your package was damaged in transit, please take photos immediately and contact an DiatoneUSA representative. Damages and evidence of tampering on the outer packaging must be noted on the delivery receipt of the driver. DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS of receiving the order. No exceptions.
WRONG ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the order. No exceptions.
